A History of Dermott, Arkansas by Abbott F. Kinney
Here is an article about Dermott, Arkansas written in 1952 by Abbott F. Kinney. It mentions Octavia L Ford as the president of the Women's clubs. I think I have some stationery with her name printed on it.

Family History
Benjamin Ford (1854-1925) and Alice Octavia Lutes (1861-1942) were married in 1878 They had five children who survived infancy: Alma (1880-1976), Mabel (1883-1962), Paul (1885-1950), Homer (1888-1941), and Aline (1893-1976).
