E. Paul Ford
I just came across this handsome picture of E. Paul Ford. It's in a cardboard folder with the photographer's name, Harris Fotografer, Little Rock, Pine Bluff Ark and Washington D.C. Probably means it was taken before he moved to California in 1911.
